Description
The project is being developed by Oddormeanchey Power Industrial. The project is co-owned by Guodian Kangneng Technology and Han Seng Coal Mine, with their respective ownership stake of 50% each.
It is a Steam Turbine power plant.
The project cost is expected to be around $294.3m.
The thermal power project consists of 2 turbines each with 65 MW nameplate capacity and 1 turbines each with 135 MW nameplate capacity respectively.
Development status
The project construction is expected to commence from 2020. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by 2023.
