Description
The project was developed by Enbridge and First Solar. Enbridge Income Fund Holdings and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 51% and 49% respectively.
Sarnia Solar Farm is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 973,000 square meters.
The project generates 120,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 12,800 households, offsetting 39,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

First Solar was selected to render EPC services for the solar PV power project.
