Description

The project is being developed and currently owned by Solar Krafte Utilities.

Solar Krafte Vauxhall Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is planned over 1,300 acres.

The project is expected to supply enough clean energy to power 35,000 households, to offset 175,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is expected to be around $155.977m.

Development Status

The project construction is expected to commence from 2021. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by July 2022.

Contractors Involved

BELECTRIC is expected to render EPC services for the solar PV power project.

JA Solar Holdings will be the supplier of the PV modules for the solar power project. The company is expected to provide 364,900 modules each with 420W of nameplate capacity.

SMA Solar Technology is likely to be the supplier of 36 of its SMA MVPS-4200-S2 inverters to the project site.
