The project is currently owned by US Army Corps of Engineers with a stake of 100%.

The hydro reservoir capacity is 4,267.77 million cubic meter. The total number of penstocks, pipes or long channels that carry water down from the hydroelectric reservoir to the turbines inside the actual power station, are 4 in number. The penstock diameter is 5.486m.

Andritz Hydro was selected as the turbine supplier for the hydro power project. The company provided 4 units of francis turbines, each with 50MW nameplate capacity.
