OX2 has reached an agreement with Prime Capital for the sale of a 23MW windfarm in northern Finland.
OX2 will conduct a technical upgrade of the windfarm and carry out technical and commercial management following the sale.
Based in Sweden, OX2 is engaged in renewable energy projects development, while Prime Capital is a European independent asset management firm and financial services provider.
Azure Power has secured financing of Rs4bn ($58m) for its 100MW solarpower plant being developed in Karnataka, India, in an auction conducted by Karnataka Renewable Energy Development Ltd.

The windfarm will be equipped with 23 MHI Vestas wind turbines of 9.5MW each to generate 219MW of clean energy, which will be sufficient to supply for approximately 220,000 Belgian households starting from 2020.
Northwester 2 is a company created to execute the project development. It holds a 224MW concession in the Belgian territorial waters. Parkwind holds 46% stake in Northwester 2, while Colruyt holds 30%, Incontrol has 14%, and TTR owns 10%.
