Vector Green Energy has acquired the 40MW Malwa solarpower project from IL&FS Energy Development.

Vector Green Energy has acquired the 40MW Malwa solarpower project from IL&FS Energy Development.

Based in India, Vector Green Energy is a renewable energy company and an affiliate of IDFC Alternatives India Infrastructure Fund II.

The project is located in Madhya Pradesh, India.

Halcon Resources plans to raise $200m through the private placement of 6.75% senior unsecured notes due 2025.

Halcon intends to use the proceeds to fund an acquisition of Southern Delaware Basin assets and for general corporate purposes.

Vientos Solutions has acquired controlling interest in the 30MW SPE Assurua Geradora de Energia Solar plant and the 17MW UFV Verde Vale III plant.

Both the photovoltaic (PV) solar generation projects are located in Bahia, Brazil.

Based in the US, Vientos is an energy company focused on the development and operation of energy infrastructure businesses.

Marco Polo Securities served as an advisor for the transaction.

Think Energy has formed a joint venture (JV) with EverStream Capital Management to acquire or develop more than 2GW of solar projects in India.

The JV plans to invest up to $300m in equity capital to develop both ground-mounted and rooftop photovoltaic (PV) assets.

Based in the US, Think Energy is a part of Engie and is engaged in power generation using solar resources, while EverStream Capital Management is an asset management company.

JinkoSolar Holding has agreed to raise $35m through the private placement of ordinary shares.

Tanka International is an exempted company incorporated in the Cayman Islands. It has agreed to subscribe to the shares offered under the placement.

JinkoSolar has simultaneously agreed to issue 3.6 million American depositary shares (ADS) in a follow-on offering. The company has granted the underwriters the option to purchase an additional 540,000 ADSs.

Credit Suisse Securities (US) and Barclays Capital have been appointed as the joint book-runners for the transaction.

Based in China, JinkoSolar manufactures PV systems and develops solar projects.

Enphase Energy has agreed to raise $20m by issuing 9,523,809 common shares priced at $2.1 a share.

An entity affiliated with Chile’s entrepreneur and investor Isidoro Quiroga has agreed to subscribe to the shares.

Enphase intends to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes.
