PowerLink Partners has acquired electricity and natural gas supply retailer Trident Retail Energy (Trident Power).

Trident Power is licensed to provide retail electricity and natural gas to both residential and small business consumers in New York, Maryland and Pennsylvania.

The acquisition enables PowerLink Partners to expand its retail energy strategy.

Both the companies involved in the acquisition are based in the US.
