PowerLink Partners has acquired electricity and natural gas supply retailer Trident Retail Energy (Trident Power).

PowerLink Partners has acquired electricity and natural gas supply retailer Trident Retail Energy (Trident Power).

Trident Power is licensed to provide retail electricity and natural gas to both residential and small business consumers in New York, Maryland and Pennsylvania.

The acquisition enables PowerLink Partners to expand its retail energy strategy.

Both the companies involved in the acquisition are based in the US.

“DP Energy Ireland has reached an agreement to acquire the remaining 50% stake in power generation company Atlantis Operations (Canada).”

DP Energy Ireland has reached an agreement to acquire the remaining 50% stake in power generation company Atlantis Operations (Canada) from Atlantis Resources Limited.

DP Energy Ireland is a renewable energy company, while Atlantis Resources Limited is a UK-based company operating in the tidal power market.

The acquisition will enable DP Energy Ireland to expand its operations in the tidal in-stream power generation sector in Nova Scotia.

BIOVILL plans to acquire the remaining interest in a solar module manufacturing company for KRW12.89bn ($12.11m).

BIOVILL will acquire 1,288,500 shares of the solar module manufacturing company to become 100% owner.

Based in South Korea, BIOVILL is a manufacturer and seller of chemical products.

Enerkon Solar International plans to acquire a solar energy company for $40m.

Based in the US, Enerkon Solar is engaged in the development of renewable energy.
