The two offshore facilities have a combined capacity of 2.8GW and can generate 10.5TWh of clean energy a year.
The three wind farms have a total of 13 wind turbines and a net installed capacity of 30.5MW.
The deal increases RPC’s onshore wind portfolio across Sweden and Finland from 317MW to 845MW.
The wind farm will have 40 to 50 wind turbines and generate around 2.6TWh of green electricity a year.
The wind farm is jointly owned by Vattenfall, Vestas and AIP Management.
Subject to customary approvals from competition authorities, the deal is expected to complete later this year.
Installation works are due to begin in Q2 2023, with commissioning planned for the second half of next year.
