Central California Power offers worldwide sales of new, rebuilt and used diesel generators, electric power generator sets, automatic transfer switches, standby gensets, power units, industrial diesel engines, marine engines, engine retrofits and fire pumps. We offer 24 hour emergency call out for generator and transfer switch problems.

Brand name manufacturers include Perkins, Caterpillar, Doosan, Gillette, Pramac, Baldor, Broadcrown, Lister Petter, Hanco, Isuzu, Hale and more.

Central California Power has been supplying commercial diesel, natural gas and propane powered solutions for more than 29 years.

33,000 sq. ft. facility on 5 acres with 4½ acres of concrete, and constructed with easy access. Six large 16ft x 16ft drive through doors and two 16ft x 20ft doors were built to handle large equipment.

Lube truck is fully equipped with fluids and recovery tank. This is one of our six fully equipped 24/7 service trucks for Northern to Southern California and beyond.

Equipment: We service offshore and onshore rigs, power swivels, mud pumps, forklifts and loaders as well as pavers, scrapers and all diesel equipment. Repairs are available on diesel and natural gas powered buses, and firefighting and road maintenance equipment. We service co-generation systems, electricity, hot water, steam and absorption chilling, as well as generators specific to methane anaerobic digesters.

Services: Our technicians are experienced with repairs and overhaul on diesel and natural gas engines, medium and heavy-duty truck repairs, drive train and power shift or automatic transmissions. Our specialty is diesel powered equipment, repowers and retrofits. We offer custom fabrication and sound attenuated housing for all models of generators. We also offer PTO drive units parts and repairs. We provide 24/7 emergency call out for generator or engine repair.

Engine repowers, diesel particulate filters and catalytic converters

CCP is the leader in repowers, diesel particulate filters (DPF) and catalytic converters. We have a team of Air Quality Management District (AQMD) administration and compliance regulation specialists with experience in CARB, EPA and DOORS reporting. Our team can assist with documentation, program reporting, and applications.

CCP is actively involved with various government grant programs. We can assist you in understanding which regulations apply to your equipment, develop a compliance plan and fill out the necessary reporting forms to meet AQMD requirements. We will apply for available funding for self-propelled and tow-behind agriculture equipment such as harvesters, sprayers and bailers, as well as Tier III and Tier IV water pumping equipment and tractors. Grant programs can pay up to 85% of the complete repower costs.

We have successfully completed more than 600 Tier II and Tier III engine repowers in the past seven years. Tier IV units are now available.

Generator and fire pump rentals

Emergency, portable, electric, gas and power generators are available for rent. Large and small generators are available on short-term to long-term rental periods. Rentals are from 25kW to 2,000kW and available with temperature control, chillers and air handlers. Our natural gas generators are 350kW and 1,300kW. Lease options for custom generators and pump assemblies are quoted upon request. 24/7 emergency call out is available for generator service and rentals.

Offshore overhauls, repairs and repowers of diesel and natural gas engines

CCP can perform offshore overhauls, repairs and repowers of diesel and natural gas engines for generators, fire pumps or any application including cranes and drilling related equipment. Safety trained personnel are available to complete work on the platform with a quick turnaround.

About CCP

Central California Power was established in 1982, primarily dealing in the oilfield engine and transmission rebuild and exchange. We became a truck dealer in 1985 and branched out into all types of engine and transmission sales. In 1990 we opened a new department dealing in electric power generator rentals, service, repairs and sales.

Safety is a top priority here at CCP; our personnel undergo regular safety training to remain up to date with OSHA regulations. Central California Power is an active member of many safety organizations such as ISN, NCMS, ASSE, PEC and GESS.
