The Bremen energy supplying company swb contracted RDE to deliver a power plant simulator to enable the training of changing operation modes for the shift personnel. Training objectives are primarily the start-up and the shut-down of the plant without applying the automatic mode.

The status of the training facility will be raised stepwise to that of a Hi-Fi replica simulator to allow full-scope training and to use the simulator for engineering tasks as well. This enables swb to test future plant enhancements at the simulator prior to the commissioning at the plant.
