It is a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant. The fuel is procured from Shell Espana.

Actividades de Construccion y Servicios, Cobra Gestion de Infraestructuras and GE Power were selected to render EPC services for the gas fired power project.
GE Power was selected as the turbine supplier for the Gas fired project. The company provided 2 units of PG9351 gas turbines.
