Power Plant stood at first place when compared with other power tender categories in the Asia-Pacific region in October 2021 with 31 contracts and a 43.7% share, followed by Electricity Procurement with 14 contracts and a 19.7% share and Generation Equipment with nine contracts and a 12.7% share during the month.

The proportion of contracts by category tracked by GlobalData in the month was as follows:

  1. Project Implementation: 22 contracts and a 71% share
  2. Power Purchase Agreement: five contracts and a 16.1% share
  3. Consulting & Similar Services: three contracts and a 9.7% share
  4. Repair, Maintenance, Upgrade & Others: one contract and a 3.2% share.
