T&D Equipment stood at first place when compared with other power tender categories in the Asia-Pacific region in July 2021 with 67 tenders and a 33.7% share, followed by Generation Equipment with 53 tenders and a 26.6% share and Power Plant with 35 tenders and a 17.6% share during the month.

The proportion of tenders by category tracked by GlobalData in the month was as follows:

  1. Supply & Erection: 62 tenders and a 92.5% share
  2. Project Implementation: two tenders and a 3% share
  3. Repair, Maintenance, Upgrade & Others: two tenders and a 3% share
  4. Consulting & Similar Services: one tender and a 1.5% share.
