Oil was the top category in thermal technology in terms of number of tenders for the month in Asia-Pacific, accounting for 82 tenders and an 80.4% share, followed by Coal with 13 tenders and a 12.7% share. Gas stood in third place with seven tenders and a 6.9% share.

The Philippines tops Asia-Pacific thermal power tenders activity

The Philippines was the top country in the Asia-Pacific region for thermal technology tenders recorded in July 2019 with 81 tenders and a 79.4% share, followed by India with 15 tenders and a 14.7% share and Bangladesh with four tenders and a 3.9% share.
