Blue Earth – Lehigh Line is a 765kV overhead line with a length of 136.79km from Blue Earth, Minnesota, US, to Lehigh, Iowa, US.
The project, which is currently in the planning stage, is expected to be commissioned in 2021.
Blue Earth – Lehigh Line is an overhead line that will be operated by MidAmerican Energy. The line will carry alternating current (AC) through double circuit cable.
Approximately $258m was financed by the authorities to undertake the construction works of the project.
