Dasu Transmission Line is a 765kV overhead line with a length of 250km from Dasu Hydropower Plant, Dasu, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, to Islamabad, Islamabad, Pakistan.

The project, which is currently in the planning stage, is expected to be commissioned in 2024.

Description

Dasu Transmission Line is an overhead line that will be operated by National Transmission & Despatch. The line will carry alternating current (AC) through double circuit cable.

Approximately $700m was financed by the authorities to undertake the construction works of the project.
