  1. Project Implementation with 19 contracts and a 67.9% share
  2. Power Purchase Agreement: five contracts and a 17.9% share
  3. Supply & Erection: four contracts and a 14.3% share.

Greece tops Europe solar power contracts activity

Greece was the top country in the Europe region for solar technology contracts recorded in July 2019 with 18 contracts and a 64.3% share, followed by Spain with four contracts and a 14.3% share and Portugal with two contracts and a 7.1% share.

The top issuers of contracts for the month in terms of power capacity involved in Europe were:

  1. The Regulatory Authority for Energy (Greece): 142.89MW from 18 contracts
  2. Alpiq Holding (Switzerland): 121MW from one contract
  3. Axpo Iberia (Spain), BlackRock (United States) and Exus Management Partners (Spain): 24MW capacity from one contract.

The top winners of contracts for the month in terms of power capacity involved in Europe were:

  1. Luxcara (Germany): 121MW from one contract
  2. Spes Solaris (Greece): 75.58MW from seven contracts
  3. BlackRock (United States), Efacec Power Solutions SGPS (Portugal) and Exus Management Partners (Spain): 24MW capacity from one contract.
