Ferreira do Alentejo – Ourique – Tavira Line is a 400kV overhead line with a length of 107km from Ferreira do Alentejo, Beja, Portugal, to Tavira, Faro, Portugal.

The project, which is currently in the planning stage, is expected to be commissioned in 2022.

Description

Ferreira do Alentejo – Ourique – Tavira Line is an overhead line that will be operated by Rede Electrica Nacional. The line will carry alternating current (AC) through double circuit cable.

Approximately $79.96m was financed by the authorities to undertake the construction works of the project.
