The project was developed by Suzlon Energy and UPC Renewables. CLP Holdings and Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 60% and 40% respectively.

Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Solar Energy Corporation of India under a power purchase agreement. The power is sold at the rate of $0.05kWh for a period of 25 years.
