Description
The project was developed by Sichuan Huadian Zagunao Hydropower Development. The project is currently owned by China Huadian with a stake of 64%, Anrong Construction, Aba Prefecture State-owned Assets Management and Chengdu Hydroelectric Investigation / Design Institute, SGC.
Gucheng is a reservoir based project. The project generated 807 GWh of electricity. The project cost is $183.15m.
