It is a Steam Turbine power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is bituminous. In case of shortage of bituminous the plant can also run on Natural Gas, Petroleum Coke. The fuel is procured from Florida Gas Transmission Gulf Stream Pipeline.
