Description

The project is co-owned by Dalia Power Energies and Taavura Holdings, with their respective ownership stake of 50% each.

It is a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant that is used for Baseload. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is natural gas. In case of shortage of natural gas the plant can also run on Diesel.

The project got commissioned in December 2005.

Eshkol Combined Cycle Power Plant (Eshkol Combined Cycle power plant Block II) is equipped with Doosan Skoda Power MTD50CA steam turbine. The phase consists of 1 steam turbine with 138MW nameplate capacity.

Eshkol Combined Cycle Power Plant (Eshkol Combined Cycle power plant Block II) is equipped with Siemens SGT5-4000F gas turbine. The phase consists of 1 gas turbine with 260MW nameplate capacity.
