Description

The project was developed by Beleolico and is currently owned by Renexia with a stake of 100%.

The wind turbines in the project are installed on fixed foundations. An array of monopile foundations feature in the project.

The project generates 55,600MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 20,000 households, offsetting 40,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

Power purchase agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Gestore dei Servizi Energetici - GSE under a power purchase agreement. The power is sold at the rate of $0.172kWh for a period of 25 years.

Renexia Services was selected to render engineering procurement construction services for the wind power project.

China Ming Yang Wind Power Group was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 10 units of MySE3.0-135 turbines, each with 3MW nameplate capacity.

China Ming Yang Wind Power Group is the O&M contractor for the wind power project for a period of 25 years.
