Shuangpai is a 150MW hydro power project. It is located on Xiang river/basin in Hunan, China. The project is currently active. It has been developed in single phase. The project construction commenced in 1958 and subsequently entered into commercial operation in 1963.

Hubei Provincial Water Resources Bureau and Hunan Provincial Water Resources Bureau are currently owning the project.
Shuangpai is a reservoir based project. The hydro reservoir capacity is 690 million cubic meter. Shuangpai underwent through rehabilitation & modernization during 1979, 2010-2013. The project generated 585 GWh of electricity.

The project construction commenced in 1958 and subsequently entered into commercial operation in 1963.
