Description
The project is being developed by Korea Gas and Korea Western Power. Korea Western Power, Korea Gas and TPI Polene Power are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 33.34%, 33.33% and 33.33% respectively.
It is a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant.
Development status
The project construction is expected to commence from 2025. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by 2026.
Power purchase agreement
The power generated from the project will be sold to Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand under a power purchase agreement.
