Pingnan Zhongsheng Commercial Management has reached an agreement with Fuzhou Yihua Chemical Stock to acquire Yongtai Juyuan Hydropower Station for CNY70m ($11.1m).
The acquirer company is engaged in hydropower management and operations, while the target company is involved in renewable energy generation.
All the companies involved in the transaction are based in China.
US-based consulting engineering firm POWER Engineers has acquired MITKOR Consulting.
Based in Canada, the target company is engaged in the provision of engineering and project management services.
The acquisition will enable POWER Engineers to extend its client base to Canada.
Co-operative Energy has entered a conditional agreement to purchase Flow Energy from energy services company Flowgroup for £9.25m ($13.06m).
Both based in the UK, the acquirer company is a domestic energy supplier, while the target company is engaged in the supply of gas and electricity.
The acquisition will help Co-operative Energy to expand its customer base while supporting renewable, community-owned energy generation in the UK.

Woodward has agreed to acquire fuel injection technology company L’Orange from Rolls-Royce Power Systems for €700m ($859.46m).
L’Orange will be renamed as Woodward L’Orange and will become part of the company’s industrial segment, following the acquisition.
Based in the US, Woodward is an independent designer, manufacturer and service provider of control solutions, while the target company is a subsidiary of Rolls-Royce Holdings.
L’Orange manufactures large engines, propulsion systems and distributed energy systems.
France-based technical services provider Greensolver has acquired UK-based service asset management provider Entap.
The acquisition will strengthen Greensolver’s portfolio and help the company to deliver advanced asset management services.
Shapoorji Pallonji Group (SP Group) plans to acquire Unitech Power Transmission from the real estate and infrastructure development company Unitech for Rs1.1bn ($16.87m).
The acquirer company is a diversified company, while the target company is engaged in power transmission.
