Bend-IT provides custom metal bending services, specializing in bending, fabricating and testing of heating and cooling coils.
In our custom metal bending work we deal with all structural shapes such as angles, channels, beams, flat bars, square tubes, rectangular tubes and round tubes. We have experience working with all carbon steels, alloys and exotics, including all grades of carbon steels, hard metals, alloys and exotic materials.
Heating and cooling coil fabrication is our specialty. We offer bending only for your in-house fabrication or we can provide a completely fabricated and tested unit, ready for installation.
3D bends
When it comes to pipe fabrication, research shows that larger radius bends allow for better product flow. This has created a demand for larger radius bends used for producing pipe spools and piping used for process flow. Typically, the best bends radius will be a 2D, 5D or 3D bend.

Serpentine coils
Serpentine coils are perfect for transferring a medium amount of heat, which is ideal for heating and cooling applications that require a medium amount of heat transfer (as opposed to a large amount).
