New Working Associations
Aztec Technical Services Limited is pleased to announce two new working agreements. The first is with CTL Associates who specialise in management courses. Their range of courses includes: * Leadership Assessment - An evaluation of competence. * Leadership Training – Team working skills, developing strategy and change management. * Senior Team Facilitation – Focus on key business challenges. * Specific Leadership Training Modules, performance management, employee relations These course have been tailored to suit the energy and generation markets and will add to the already extensive range of training courses offered by Aztec.
The second association follows an initial meeting during August 2006 between Peter Seavill of Aztec Technical Services Limited (AZTEC TSL) and An Swinnen of Business English Consulting Service Ltd (BECS). The two managing directors have signed a collaboration agreement for the supply of technical training services to parts of Europe, the Middle East and South America.
BECS organises intensive Business English and Business Skills training in these areas, offers tailor-made "in-company" consulting and training courses in presentations, negotiations, language and writing skills, communication and telephoning skills for organisations wishing their staff to have a better understanding and working capability of Business English.
Aztec TSL provides environmental, health and safety, plant simulation and operation, maintenance skills and multi skilling training to the energy and petrol chemical markets, and are already working in Thailand, Malaysia, and both North and South America.
