These load and unload conveying systems and are designed to handle coal, fracking sand, corn stover, biomass feedstock and other boiler fuels.
The same reliable En-Masse Drag Chain technology used in our conveyors is used in the loading legs. The mobile loading legs are coupled with the proper chain and flight assembly for optimum material transfer at the required flow rate, with no carry over or backflow.
The En-Masse conveyor is more efficient than a typical bucket elevator and offers significant time saving compared to other marine leg unloaders thanks to the engineered flight design, which produces an effective vertical flow of material.
