Here a user can submit a request with all information attached including Pictures, Electronic Forms, Documents, priority expectations and more. Through the whole process MEX Ops also allows the user to follow the progress of their request.
Working in conjunction with MEX/FleetMEX, the maintenance team can then categorically sort requests according to a preferred structure. In the process, weeding out any low priority issues and turning high priority requests into actionable Work Orders.
