Temperature monitoring of MV dry type and cast resin transformers
NT935 is an electronic microprocessor based unit specifically designed for dry type and cast resin transformers. It is a temperature monitoring unit for transformers, similar to the standard T154, but because of the communication system it provides in the other versions the possibility to change all the settings the user wants to between the relays thresholds.
Communication with the network is made through Tecsybus protocol, which allows the connection of optional Tecsystem modules: RS485 Modbus digital output (BUSMOD8A); analog output 4-20 mA (CONV420/4A), Ethernet protocol IEC61850. (CONV61850), expansion relays (MULTIMODULE).
Temperature control systems for electrical machines
The MM453 is a complete unit for controlling the temperature of the diesel generators and biogas, designed to monitor the bearings, exhaust gas, lubricating oil and coolant. A large alphanumeric LCD display allows the easy reading of operating parameters.
Equipped with a highly flexible configuration, this unit can be customised for various applications to control the plant. It can be configured up to a maximum of 24 inputs, from RTD Pt100, Pt1000 or TcK.
Temperature control of oil power and hermetic transformers
The new system TPL503 + NT210 K represents the innovation for the protection of hermetic oil-filled transformers.
The classic electromechanical control devices are being replaced by the electronic sensor TPL503, which is installed directly on the transformer, and is able to monitor the oil temperature, pressure, and level.
The innovative sensor is connected to the machine by an integrated flange (see product picture). The sensor data is transmitted through an RS485 serial connection to the NT210 K unit, which can be directly installed on the control panel. This allows for remote control of all measures and indications, such as alarm, trip, fan / pump.
The transparent body of the sensor allows the operator a 360° view of the oil level.
System reliability is ensured by a complete self-test circuit, able to manage and report any anomalies of the sensor and control unit.
Air-force cooling systems
Tecsystem has developed a line of ventilation to meet the many needs of the market, as a result of the experience gained over many years in the industry.
The air-force cooling system allows the transformer to withstand higher than rated power and to maintain an optimum temperature, increasing the security of the machine itself. The installation of the fans on board is facilitated by the aluminum bar, which provides a fast and easy installation.
