Advanced Atomization Technologies (AA TECH), a joint venture between Parker Aerospace and GE Aviation, has established a worldwide distribution and maintenance network for the fuel nozzles used on GE land and marine engine platforms.

The network will cover the distribution of spares, as well as repair maintenance for operators and engine shops worldwide.

Aviation, Power + Marine, Inc. (AP+M), the leading independent distributor of spare parts for GE land and marine (LM series) engines, will be the exclusive worldwide distributor of spare fuel nozzles for AA TECH.

AP+M president Greg Young said: "AA TECH’s selection of AP+M to provide the worldwide distribution of its extensive LM fuel nozzle product lines reinforces the success that both companies [have] achieved since the establishment of the original distribution agreement almost ten years ago.

"We look forward to continuing to work closely with AA TECH in leveraging AP+M’s services and inventory to enhance support to the global GE LM series operators."

Score Energy, a leading accessory repair station for industrial gas turbine engines, has been appointed as one of two repair stations to cover the LM fuel nozzles for AA TECH. Score Energy facilities in Peterhead, Scotland, and Houston, Texas, US, will repair the fuel nozzles.

Score Energy director Bruce Buchan said: "Score Energy has been an authorised repair source on the LM fuel nozzle portfolio for over 20 years and we look forward to continuing this valued relationship.

"Continuing this relationship strengthens our broad fuel system and accessory one-stop-shop strategy supporting LM customers worldwide."

In addition, EthosEnergy Accessories and Components, LLC. (formerly Wood Group Fuel Systems, LLC.), located in East Windsor, Connecticut, US, has been appointed by AA TECH as a repair station for LM fuel nozzles.

EthosEnergy is a leading accessory repair station for industrial gas turbine engines, specialising in fuel nozzles.

EthosEnergy Accessories and Components president Tom Watson said: "This agreement with AA TECH enables our dedicated repair station in East Windsor, Connecticut, to offer original equipment manufacturer-approved repair services to a global network of GE LM and LMS service depots and gas turbine operators.

"Access to OEM repair data, technical support and new replacement parts will ensure our customers receive high-quality repair services, maintaining the performance and reliability of process critical equipment."

AA TECH general manager Dave Overholt said: "We believe that our agreements with three leading companies that specialise in the land and marine market of GE engines will offer an unparalleled level of global service and support for our products to the industry. We are excited to join forces with these market leaders."
