Fitted with a combination of vacuum heat treating ovens, advanced welding chambers and a fully-equipped metallurgical laboratory, our turbine component repair facility is designed to repair the broadest possible range of rotating equipment.

The HICoat Division uses HVOF applied coatings and robotic plasma sprays to deliver a complete cold and hot section coating service. Sulzer Hickham also uses advanced 5-axis machines to manufacture high-quality blades and impellers.
